Ingredients

  • 12 Lettuce Jammers™
  • 4 cups golden delicious apples, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. zest of lemons
  • 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

Combine apples, papaya, walnuts, lemon juice and blue cheese in a large mixing bowl; reserve. In separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, zest and salt & pepper. Fold into apple mixture. Fill Lettuce Jammers™ with apple mixture

Makes 12 Jammers.
